Frequently Asked Questions
Sometimes we all need help...
We all face challenges throughout our lives, as we cope with relationships, change and loss. Sometimes friends and family can help. But sometimes it can feel easier to talk with someone who has special training in helping you make sense of things, to enable you to build healthier relationships and live a happier, more meaningful life.
How might counselling help?
I offer confidential, supportive counselling and psychotherapy for individuals. I can help you achieve change – in yourself, at home and at work. Counselling and psychotherapy provides a safe, private space where you can share and explore your thoughts and feelings.
What do my clients say to me?
‘life changing, felt like I was walking in a fog all these days and all of a sudden I can see light’
‘I came here with a huge mess and now I feel I am walking tall and leaving in a good frame of mind’
‘I have no words to explain how much it has helped me! I felt listened to in a unbiased manner, able to open myself up and learnt a lot
‘I did not believe in counselling but it has exceeded my expectations. I now have a job and am much happier.’
I am an organisational member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a national regulatory body for counsellors and psychotherapists.
